SCREW PRESS KEK-P0020
The KEK-P0101 screw press is suitable for a continuous, high-yield cold pressing of various oils seeds, especially sunflower seed, rapeseed, sesame seed, maize germ, flax seed, jojoba seed or Jatropha curcas seed. The press material is de-oiled as far as possible in only one pressing (finished pressing) and a pre-crushing or pre-heating is not necessary for most oil seeds. The press therefore enormously improves the efficiency of the production process and ensures the production of cold-pressed, highquality unrefined oil – excellently suitable for vitamin-rich end products or for engine use. A setting for various seeds is easy due to replaceable segments. The press cake and the oil are used in the Food industry, as high-quality fodder, in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industries or as fuel.
The adjustable geared motor ensures an easy setting of the machine and a quick Change to a different seed through adjustment of the screw shaft speed.
