We train your employees in the proper operation, maintenance, and care of your oil presses.
Our technicians know every detail of your machine and provide training directly on your equipment – with real-world practical examples.
Whether basic training for new employees or expert knowledge for your maintenance team.
Well-trained employees mean less downtime, higher product quality, and a longer lifespan for your machines.
Even the best machine only unfolds its full potential with well-trained personnel. Our technicians train your employees directly on-site at your facility – practically, understandably, and with a focus on daily workflows.
We not only impart theoretical knowledge but also demonstrate hands-on how your machines are optimally operated, adjusted, and maintained. We address the specific requirements of your production and answer all your employees’ questions directly during ongoing operations.
From safe commissioning to correct operation and preventive maintenance – after our training, your employees will be able to operate the systems independently and safely.
A trained eye identifies problems early. In our training courses, your employees learn to identify signs of wear in good time, interpret operating parameters correctly, and resolve minor malfunctions themselves.
We show you the critical points of your machines, explain typical fault patterns, and provide practical solutions. This reduces unplanned downtimes and significantly extends the lifespan of your equipment.
Explore the functionality of your machine interactively in a 3D model – for a better technical understanding and safe handling in operation.
Where does the training take place?
Our training courses usually take place directly at your site, on your machines. This offers the significant advantage that your employees are trained in their familiar work environment and can practice the content directly on their own equipment. This maximizes practical relevance, and what is learned can be immediately implemented. If required, training can also be conducted at our factory in Solingen, for example, before the delivery of new machines.
How long does a training session last?
The duration depends on the scope and complexity of the content to be trained. Basic training for machine operation typically lasts 1-2 days. For more comprehensive training covering maintenance and troubleshooting topics, we plan 3-5 days. When commissioning new systems, training is conducted step-by-step during installation and initial production runs. We coordinate the training duration individually with you to ensure it optimally fits your operational processes.
How many employees should attend a training session?
Ideally, we train 3-6 employees simultaneously. This group size allows for intensive practical exercises on the machine, while also ensuring all participants can be actively involved and ask their questions. For larger teams, we are happy to conduct multiple training sessions. It is important that all employees who regularly work with the machine are trained – this ensures that your operations continue smoothly even during holidays or illness.
What prior knowledge do participants need?
No special prior knowledge is required for our basic training courses. We meet your employees where they are and explain all relevant aspects from the ground up. A basic technical understanding and experience with production machines are helpful. For advanced training on maintenance and servicing, your employees should have basic mechanical knowledge. We always adapt the training content to the knowledge level of the participants.
Do participants receive training materials?
Yes, all participants receive comprehensive training materials for reference. These include the most important operating steps, maintenance checklists, safety instructions, and troubleshooting guides – specifically for your machine models. The materials are practically oriented and serve as a reference for daily operations. Additionally, we document the training, and you receive a certificate of participation for your employees.
