The KEK-P0103 screw press is suitable for continuous, high-yield cold pressing of various oilseeds, especially sunflower kernels, rapeseed, sesame, corn germ, flax, jojoba, or jatropha. The press material is de-oiled as far as possible in a single operation (final pressing), and for most oilseeds no pre-crushing and no preheating are required. This significantly improves the efficiency of the production process.
This ensures that cold-pressed, high-quality, natural products of the best quality are produced—ideally suited for vitamin-rich end products or for use as motor fuel. Adjustment to different seeds can be carried out easily using individually interchangeable segments.
The press cake and the oil are used in the food industry, as high-quality animal feed, in the cosmetics industry, in pharmaceuticals, and as fuels.
The core of the P0103 is its interchangeable segments, which enable fast, tool-free adjustment to different oilseeds. This allows the machine to be used for various raw materials without lengthy changeover times—an advantage in ongoing production operations.
The P0103 de-oils the press cake as far as possible in a single pass. Pre-cracking or preheating the seed is not required for most oilseeds, which significantly simplifies the process while ensuring the quality of the cold-pressed oil.
The powerful 7.5 kW drive motor of the P0103 is designed for continuous industrial use. It ensures a consistent and stable pressing process even with different seeds and changing production conditions.
The scrapers of the P0103 continuously keep the internal surfaces free of residues during operation, ensuring consistent throughput and easy cleaning after operation.
