We developed our KEK-P0020 screw press for gentle and efficient cold pressing of various oil seeds, such as sunflower kernels, rapeseed, sesame, or flaxseed. The press material is extracted as completely as possible in a single operation (final pressing), producing pure, natural oils.
For the highest possible product quality, each seed requires specific pressing parameters. The KEK-P0020 is therefore equipped with an adjustable gear motor that enables easy machine adjustment and convenient modification of the screw shaft speed for different seeds.
This allows you to consistently produce outstanding product quality with our compact press.
The variable gear motor of the KEK-P0020 allows precise adjustment of the screw shaft speed directly on the unit. This enables quick adaptation of the machine to different oil seeds without tools and without lengthy changeover times.
The P0020 extracts oil from the press material as completely as possible in a single pass. Pre-crushing or preheating of the seed is not required for most oil seeds, saving time, energy, and effort.
With a net weight of approximately 117 kg, the P0020 integrates seamlessly into existing production environments. It is equally suitable for test runs and trial pressings as well as for entering small-scale commercial oil production.
The scrapers of the P0020 continuously keep the internal surfaces free of residue during operation, ensuring consistent throughput and easy cleaning after operation.
