Our screw press KEK-P0500 is the flagship of our company. With a seed throughput of up to 500 kg per hour, based on rapeseed, it is designed for 24-hour operation with a throughput of up to 12 tons per day.
Basically, the machine can process any seed that contains a corresponding oil content. A high-quality SEW-Eurodrive gearbox ensures consistently high product quality during long operating periods.
The screw press zone is the heart of the machine. Through precise coordination within the strainer basket of screws, rings, scrapers, strainer bars, and spring rings, an exceptionally high pressing rate is achieved with uniform material feed – without external heating or chemical additives.
The KEK-P0500 is specifically designed for continuous industrial use. A high-quality SEW-Eurodrive gearbox ensures consistent stability and performance, even during long round-the-clock operating periods.
The modular strainer system with gap spacers and insert strips ensures clean oil separation and can be opened for cleaning in just a few steps – ideal for continuous industrial operation.
Our scrapers ensure that residues are reliably removed from the inner surfaces – during operation and without interruption.
