What distinguishes Egon Keller machines compared to other manufacturers?
Our machines have been developed for decades for industrial applications where reliability, precision and durability are critical. While many manufacturers rely on inexpensive components or standardized solutions, we consistently build on robust industrial quality, solid assemblies and carefully tested materials.
Every machine is designed to operate reliably under high loads over the long term – regardless of whether it is used in oil processing, the food industry, the chemical industry or in specialized production facilities worldwide.
Another advantage lies in the modular design. This allows systems to be individually adapted to existing production environments and can be expanded or optimized even after years. In addition, we offer worldwide support services, comprehensive documentation and fast spare parts supply – for maximum machine availability and plannable production processes.
Which industries benefit most from our machines and solutions?
Our machines are designed for continuous industrial loads, which is why they are primarily used in industries where high production volumes and reliable process flows are critical. These include in particular oil mills, the food industry, agricultural processing, chemical plants and operations that rely on pressing, separation or extraction technologies.
Many of our customers also use our presses for demanding special applications, for example for processing unusual raw materials or for producing intermediate products in multi-stage production chains. The modular design of the systems allows each solution to be precisely tailored to the respective requirements. Therefore, companies from research, development and special machine construction also benefit from the high flexibility and precise controllability of our systems.
Do you offer customized machine solutions or only standardized models?
We offer both – and that is precisely what makes our approach so valuable for companies. Our standard models have proven themselves over many years and form the basis for a wide range of professional applications. At the same time, we know from experience that many production environments have unique requirements. That is why our team also develops individual configurations or complete custom solutions.
In doing so, we consider not only the technical design, but also spatial conditions, performance requirements, energy efficiency, degree of automation and possible future expansions. The result is a system that is precisely tailored to the customer’s requirements and operates economically over the long term. Even after commissioning, we remain available with maintenance, optimization and spare parts so that your investment delivers its maximum benefit over time.
How does the commissioning of a new machine proceed?
After completion of technical planning, each system is fully assembled, tested and documented. Only when all functional tests have been successfully completed do we organize delivery and installation at the customer’s site. Our technicians commission the system on-site, check all safety-relevant functions and provide detailed instruction for operating personnel.
During the transition phase, we are available for consultation at any time and support you in finding the optimal settings for your production. Many customers have their machines integrated directly into existing production lines – here too we accompany the process technically, organizationally and in terms of safety to ensure a smooth and safe start.
Can existing machines be modernized or expanded?
Yes, many of our systems are modularly designed and can be easily expanded or modernized. This applies both to technical components such as press modules, control technology or conveying units as well as to digital extensions in the areas of automation and monitoring.
Modernization is often particularly worthwhile when production processes are to be optimized, energy efficiency improved or new standards met. In many cases, performance can be significantly increased without having to purchase a completely new system. We are happy to advise you and develop the appropriate individual improvement based on your current machine.
