KEK delivers not just oil presses, but the complete process from a single source. From pressing and filtering to bottling, we plan and supply everything your oil plant needs. One contact, one partner, one complete system.
High-quality components and precise manufacturing ensure maximum service life and consistent oil quality.
Stock on four continents enables fast and reliable delivery of Spare Parts to your plant.
From the screw press to bottling, KEK plans, supplies, and supports the complete setup of your oil plant.
Many operators underestimate how many components must interact for an oil plant to produce efficiently and reliably. The oil press is the core of the process, but without proper pre- and post-processing, potential remains untapped. KEK considers the process from start to finish: Which oilseed is processed, what throughput is required, how is the oil further processed and bottled?
Through this holistic approach, our customers avoid costly misinvestments in incorrectly sized systems or incompatible components. We configure your system according to your specific requirements and deliver everything from a single source.
KEK offers three screw press models for different requirements. The KEK-P0020 is our most compact industrial press for the gentle cold pressing of various oilseeds with adjustable shaft speed for optimal product quality.
The KEK-P0103 efficiently processes most oilseeds without pre-crushing or pre-heating in just one pass; individually replaceable segments allow for easy conversion to different raw materials. The KEK-P0500 was developed for large decentralized plants and runs smoothly in 24-hour operation thanks to its high-quality SEW-Eurodrive gearbox.
Whether sunflower seeds, rapeseed, sesame, flax, jojoba, or jatropha: the applications range from food and cosmetics to animal feed and pharmaceuticals, as well as ecological fuels. We help you find the right model for your raw material and throughput.
A plant project does not end with the delivery of the machine. KEK supports its customers from initial consultation and installation to the ongoing optimization of production. Our engineers provide their full expertise to adjust systems, optimize processes, and develop components according to customer-specific requirements.
With our own offices in Germany, Texas (USA), and Pretoria (South Africa), as well as representatives on all continents, we are always close to you. Each customer has a dedicated contact person who is familiar with their project and requirements.
We communicate in German, English, French, and Spanish and, upon request, handle the entire export process: packaging, shipping by sea freight, air freight, or truck, as well as all necessary customs and export documents for the respective destination country.
Which oilseeds can be processed with KEK screw presses?
KEK screw presses are suitable for a variety of oilseeds, including sunflower seeds, rapeseed, sesame, corn germ, flax, jojoba, and jatropha. For most seeds, no pre-crushing or pre-heating is necessary. Depending on the raw material, the finished oil is suitable for use in the food industry, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, as high-quality animal feed, or as ecological fuel. Contact us; we will advise you on which model is best suited for your raw material and planned throughput.
Does KEK supply only the press or the complete system?
Upon request, KEK supplies the complete system from press to bottling, all from a single source. We advise you during the planning phase, configure the system according to your requirements, and support installation and commissioning. This way, you avoid costly misinvestments and ensure that all components work together optimally.
Which screw press model is right for my operation?
That primarily depends on your planned throughput and operational size. The KEK-P0020 is ideal for smaller decentralized plants, the KEK-P0103 for medium-sized operations with varying raw materials, and the KEK-P0500 for large plants in 24-hour operation. We are happy to help you find the right model. Simply contact your dedicated representative.
How are Spare Parts and wear parts supplied for KEK screw presses?
Thanks to our stock on four continents, with locations in Germany, the USA, South Africa, Australia, Turkey, Brazil, and Argentina, we can deliver Spare Parts and wear parts at short notice. We ship worldwide by sea freight, air freight, and truck and, upon request, handle the entire export process, including all necessary customs and shipping documents.
Does KEK also support the optimization of an existing plant?
Yes. Our experienced engineers provide their full expertise to analyze and optimize existing production processes, adjust systems, and further develop components according to customer-specific requirements. Many of our customers have been working with KEK for years because they know that we not only supply parts but truly understand their operations.
